- Support project deliverables and information exchanges while maintaining BIM documentation, coordination reports, and compliance records.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance on Revit and BIM tools while contributing to continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and practices.
Who you are:
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3-7 years of experience in BIM-enabled Architecture, Engineering, or Construction environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong understanding of coordination platforms (e.g., Autodesk Forma or similar) and model coordination practices across disciplines.
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), industry standards, and information management principles (ISO 19650 familiarity is an asset).
- Solid understanding of building systems, construction documentation, and project delivery processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Dynamo, BIM automation, or emerging technologies is an asset.
