About Opportunity
This role leads the development and implementation of the Digital Engineering Execution Plan (DEXP) across ACCIONA's project portfolio. Reporting to the DE Lead, you'll oversee model production, coordination, review and validation, ensuring data outputs meet stakeholder, project and organisational standards. You'll drive BIM quality, resolve clashes and shape how the business adopts Digital Engineering workflows.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:

  • Lead DEXP implementation per ISO 19650 and ACCIONA's DE framework
  • Support ongoing development and improvement of DEXP
  • Oversee QA/QC to maintain BIM model quality and data integrity
  • Manage clash detection, reporting and issue resolution
  • Drive adoption of DE workflows, including user training
  • Support delivery of 4D and 5D outputs for planning and controls
  • Represent ACCIONA in industry forums and technology engagements

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience as a Senior Digital Coordinator or BIM Lead
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction or Architecture
  • Deep knowledge of Digital Engineering standards (ISO 19650)
  • Expert knowledge of CDEs such as Autodesk Forma or ProjectWise
  • Skilled in Microsoft data tools, including Excel and Power BI
