EGIS is seeking a BIM Modeler for Architecture and Landscape to join our BIM management team in Dubai, leading architecture and landscape modelling and helping set up and automate workflows around Autodesk Revit, ACC and Navisworks. The role spans project startup to completion, QA/QC, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination, with a focus on dry and wet utility systems using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, 3–5 years in utility design, advanced Civil 3D/AutoCAD, BIM in civil projects, GIS integration and strong communication. EGIS is currently looking for a highly skilled BIM Modeler – Architecture & Landscape to help us deliver multi-disciplinary projects. The role will be placed at the BIM management team level. The role is expected to lead the BIM modelling for architecture and landscape discipline as well help with setup, training and development of automation around Autodesk Revit, ACC and Navisworks with the project BIM manager. This role is not limited to just BIM modelling tasks only.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field, with a focus on utility design and modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) in civil engineering projects
• In-depth knowledge of dry and wet utility systems and civil infrastructure design
• Strong 3D modeling skills and ability to create detailed, accurate models
• Familiarity with GIS software and its integration with BIM workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Autodesk Civil 3D certification is preferred
