The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced biologics representative to join us for the launch of a significant new medicine in dermatology in Australia.
This opportunity will appeal to high-performing specialty sales professionals who have successfully launched biologics in immunology or other specialist therapy areas and are looking for their next challenge. You'll bring strong clinical acumen, a track record of building trusted specialist relationships, and the drive to succeed in a launch environment.
Working closely with dermatologists and key stakeholders, you'll play an important role in establishing a new treatment option in the market. You'll have the autonomy to shape your territory, identify opportunities, and help deliver a successful launch from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
Own territory-level launch execution across Sydney NSW North or South Territory. Activating KOLs, early adopters and key centres of influence from day one
Engage dermatologists at a peer level, bringing clinical data and real-world evidence to life in conversations that shift thinking and build belief
Build and own your accounts, from the dermatologist to the nurse, practice manager, and hospital teams, becoming the name they call first
Navigate PBS, Special Authority, and access pathways removing barriers and accelerating patient access
Get into the field and bring back what matters; the insights, the objections, and the opportunities so the national team can move faster
Operate with the highest standards of compliance and integrity under the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
What We Are Looking For
8+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience with clear progression into senior specialty roles
Proven biologics background within dermatology, rheumatology / immunology experience strongly preferred
A track record of launch success in the Australian market, you've done this before and delivered
Strong PBS and access pathway knowledge, with exposure to hospital drug listing processes
Science degree or equivalent
Full Australian working right
Current driver's licence
