Job Summary:
We are offering a Developer role focused on Blockchain Applications for a person with strong skills who can perform various development activities across our stack for internal projects. This position offers an exciting role as part of a dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact the technical decisions and direction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Backend Tooling and Services in Rust
  • Work closely with the Yielding and Quant team to develop strategies
  • Optimize for low latency and inclusion of high-throughput EVM transactions
  • Support the team with insights and best practices


Key Requirements:

  • 3 years of professional software development experience
  • 2 years of professional Rust experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
  • Experience with EVM and Solidity smart contracts is a plus
  • Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (alloy, foundry)
  • Entrepreneurial, self motivated and driven
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Based in Swizterland and able to work from our office in Zug full time
