GAC Group is seeking a Boarding Officer in Ras Al Khaimah for a full-time onsite shift role in the Shipping department, covering vessel and cargo clearance with authorities, records management, permits liaison, coordination with the ship’s master, on-time receipts submission and PPE compliance, with onboarding training and growth opportunities. Accountabilities

• Handle all operational matters relating to the vessel and cargo clearance with respective authorities – ensuring timely and professional completion of services.

• Maintain records and provide supporting information & documentation as required by shipping & logistics team.

• Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary passes and permits.

• Regularly meet with master whilst in port to understand additional requirements and coordinate with shipping teams for service delivery.

• On-time submission of receipts and settlement with the concerned.

• Assure the PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) are available and used as and when required.

Requirements
