What's the role?

We're looking for a passionate and professional Boardroom Attendant to join our premium corporate client in Melbourne's CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a high-profile corporate environment.

Working as part of a professional team, you'll be responsible for delivering seamless boardroom and meeting room services, preparing premium food and beverages, and ensuring every client interaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional boardroom, meeting room, and fine dining service
  • Prepare and serve premium food, beverages, and barista-quality coffee
  • Set up and reset meeting rooms to the highest presentation standards
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of boardrooms, kitchens, and service areas
  • Provide outstanding customer service while anticipating client needs

About You

  • Previous experience in boardroom service, fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium corporate hospitality
  • Confident barista skills and experience delivering high-end food and beverage service
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional presentation
  • Ability to remain calm and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive team player with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights
  • The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and a National Police Check
  • Availability to work a rotating roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
