The Boskalis Traineeship 2026 Offshore Energy Track is a 12 month program in Papendrecht that combines two challenging assignments with exposure to tender, engineering and execution stages and the chance to work on offshore wind foundations, cable installations and decommissioning, with possible longer postings abroad. It targets graduates with HBO or WO backgrounds in civil, hydraulic, mechanical, marine, offshore and dredging, structural, geotechnical or industrial engineering who finish before 1 September 2026. Fluency in English, EU eligibility and willingness to travel are essential. The Program
During the work assignments there is a lot of room to work on your personal development as you will work with top notch coaches and mentors. The program is packed with personal development courses, safety courses and specific track relevant courses. Together with your fellow trainees and coaches you will set personal development goals and work on them during and in between the assignments.
