Galadari Brothers is seeking a Branch In-charge for the Abu Dhabi motorcycle branch to lead sales, operations, and the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 7 years of proven Sales and Operations experience, preferably in motorcycles or powersports, with hands on branch leadership, and strong DMS/ERP skills for sales, inventory, and reporting. You will drive targets across motorcycles, parts, accessories, and service, coach a high performing team, manage stock and invoicing, and act as a brand ambassador in the community. Job Role:
The Branch In-charge is responsible for the overall operational management, sales performance, and customer experience of the Abu Dhabi motorcycle branch. This role requires a strong leader capable of driving sales targets, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional brand standards while fostering a strong community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the branch team to achieve and exceed all sales targets for motorcycles, parts, accessories, and service.
Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Utilize DMS/ERP systems effectively for sales tracking, reporting, and inventory management.
Oversee stock control, including ordering, receiving, and secure storage of motorcycles and inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and daily branch financial reporting.
Provide effective team leadership, coaching, and supervision to the sales and operational staff.
Conduct regular KPI follow-up to monitor individual and team performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Perform formal and informal performance reviews and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Deliver a premium customer experience consistent with brand standards at all times.
Effectively handle and resolve customer escalations and conflicts in a professional and timely manner, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Drive repeat business and loyalty through excellent service delivery.
Support and coordinate local marketing activities and showroom activations.
Organize and participate in events, ride-outs, and community gatherings to engage with the local motorcycle community.
Act as a brand ambassador to maintain and enhance a strong brand presence in Abu Dhabi.
Qualification & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in Sales & Operations, preferably within the motorcycle or powersports industry, with demonstrable branch leadership exposure.
Technical Expertise: Skilled in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS/ERP) for sales, inventory, and reporting.
Leadership: Strong team coaching, supervision, and performance management abilities.
Soft Skills: Excellent Customer Management & Conflict Resolution Skills.
License: A valid Motorcycles driving license is a must (essential for community engagement and test rides).
Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
