Job Purpose

The Branch Manager leads in the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation, providing the highest standard of customer service and continued excellence in productivity. The Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch. They will oversee financial reporting, hire and train staff, and grow branch revenue.

What you will do...

  • Increase Sales and Branch Revenue.
  • Profit and loss reporting and budgetary planning.
  • Operational reviews and processes.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Employee relations and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Fleet management regarding construction equipment.
  • Developing, implementing, and training staff.
  • Conduct Audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in outside sales along with 3 years of direct managerial experience in the construction or equipment rental industry leading teams of over 10.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Outside sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • KPI driven.
  • Must be respectful, professional, and open minded, have a strong commitment to excellence and have an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and business ethics.
  • Inspires and motivates others to high performance.
  • Safety awareness: understands, follows, and motivates individuals to follow the safety rules and regulations.
  • Working with financial information.
  • Must have valid class 5 driver’s license.
  • A recent driver’s abstract will be required.
