For our Dutch subsidiary, Stellantis Nederland B.V., we are looking for a Brand Director to lead one of the company's key brands.
Based in Amsterdam, Stellantis Nederland B.V, is responsible for the import, distribution, and marketing of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles for several Stellantis brands in the Netherlands, including Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, and DS Automobiles.
ROLE
The Brand Director defines and drives the brand's strategy in line with the company's overall goals. As Brand Director, you will be responsible for delivering performance, managing the brand P&L and leading a team to achieve sustainable results. The role requires a strong focus on team engagement, ethical leadership and execution.
You will report directly to the Country Manager with a dotted line to the European Brand Head and ensure full compliance with corporate policies and standards.
MAIN ACTIVITIES/ SIGNIFICANT ACTIONS
• Define local and implement brand strategy aligned with corporate targets.
• Lead and develop high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Set targets, manage budget, and monitor brand performance,
• Translate corporate policies into actionable local plans across the organization.

• Represent the brand in strategic planning, partnerships, and external relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
• More than 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and budget management.
• Strong record in delivering business results.
• Background in the automotive or mobility sector is a strong plus.
• Comfortable in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
