Bosch Worcester is hiring a Brand Management Advanced Apprentice for a 2-year fixed term, onsite in Worcester, 39 hours a week with a March 2026 start. You will be the brand guardian for trade customers, specifiers and homeowners, delivering clear marketing materials and supporting product launches while creating content and POS. You will work with the Insight team to translate data into targeted campaigns and ensure messaging stays on brand across print, digital and in-branch touchpoints. As Brand Management Advanced Apprentice for both trade customers, specifiers and homeowners, this role is an integral part of the Worcester Bosch brand team, responsible for developing and delivering stand out marketing communications for a leading brand. The role will support marketing across all customers groups, including merchants, the one-off installer, specifiers as well as consumers, including gas and oil boilers and controls, heat pumps and air conditioning, showcasing our products and services.
The role will support the Brand Management in delivering engaging campaigns, fantastic digital experiences and creating new content and POS materials.
