The Brand Specialist is responsible for supporting in the development & execution of our brand marketing campaigns & initiatives across a variety of brand pillars. The Brand Specialist will have a strong consumer first mindset, helping us translate strategic objectives into something tangible for the consumer.  They have strong attention to detail and communication skills which will enable the ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders to delivery exceptional outcomes, on time.

Job Description

EXECUTION OF BRAND CAMPAIGNS

  • Support in bringing to life our national brand campaigns, including website & creative development direct to consumer communication & managing consumer prizing.
  • Work closely with our media agency to execute paid media campaigns, media briefs, asset development and delivery, reporting and sharing analysis for future campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with key HQ Brand stakeholders to deliver work aligned with brand guidelines and strategy, while identifying new opportunities and sharing best practices.
  • Develop and present campaign ideas internally and externally, grounded in audience insights and strong creative ideas.
  • Stay across industry trends, innovation, and creative work from other brands to ensure Red Bull remains at the forefront of creative excellence in our campaigns.
  • Manage our Consumer Requests as they relate to our in market activity, making sure every request is a positive interaction with our brand.

 

CREATIVE DELIVERY

  • Lead brand activity for assigned Red Bull owned event project groups (including athlete projects), shaping the creative and ensuring all consumer touchpoints are impactful and consistent with campaign messages.
  • Partner with HQ to adapt master creative for local events, including innovative media solutions where relevant.
  • Work closely with the Red Bull Media network team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and a cohesive campaign plan.
  • Supply all creative assets to event leads and advise on correct logo and creative use in line with global guidelines.
  • Identify and engage new agencies and partners to elevate creative quality and innovation.

 

GENERAL BRAND TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own corporate identity, brand consistency & company wide brand initiatives supporting the Head of Brand and other Brand Managers where relevant.
  • Act as a brand guardian and enabler across the business, confidently challenging the status quo and pushing for smarter, bolder work.
  • Partner with the wider Brand and Marketing teams, creative agency and HQ Brand team to share learnings, align plans and circulate key updates and insights.
  • Manage budgets, including ROI considerations, risk/opportunity flags and agency cost control per brief.
  • Be highly prepared, deliver on time, and champion best-in-class use of brand tools and systems.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in ideally Marketing or Business
  • 2+ years full time working experience, in Brand Marketing preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, leading projects and engaging key stakeholders throughout
  • Experience overseeing external agencies end-to-end (briefing, production, delivery) is preferred
  • A go-getter who is motivated to succeed in the role and push for what is right for the brand
