Your Opportunity  

Due to strong growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Mott MacDonald's Building Services team has an exciting opening for an Electrical Engineer in the Adelaide office. You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia.  

 

We have secured a significant pipeline of work on some of the largest projects in Australia in the Water market and we want you to be a part of this exciting growth. Not only will you have the chance to work on groundbreaking projects, but you'll also enjoy the beautiful landscapes and rich history of South Australia's coastal capital.  
 

In collaboration with the project team, you will: 

  • Supporting projects in a timely and technically competent manner 
  • Coordination of MEP design disciplines with Structural, Civil and Architecture while producing high quality designs 
  • Communicate effectively and concisely with all clients and stakeholders 
  • Preparation of calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Assist with the development of technical standards and design excellence 

 

About You

  • Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification in related discipline 
  • Preferable local experience in the Adelaide market  
  • Knowledge of Australian electrical engineering design standards, codes and practices  
  • Excellent time management skills, setting priorities, planning and organising  
  • Ability to attain a Defence Clearance preferred
