This field-driven role is for a deal hunter who can convert relationships with garages, car wash centers, detailing studios and tire shops into signed acquisitions and exclusive listings. You will source off-market opportunities, assess licenses, leases, equipment and staffing, and build market insights to sustain a robust pipeline. Requirements: 5+ years in automotive, brokerage or business development; strong Dubai network; excellent negotiation and relationship skills; field-based, proactive mindset; fluent English, Arabic or Farsi a plus. This role is for a  field-driven deal hunter  who understands the automotive market and can turn relationships into signed acquisition agreements.

What You’ll Do

Source Off-Market Opportunities

  • Identify garages, car wash centers, detailing studios, tire shops, and motorcycle businesses ready for sale
  • Build relationships with owners, brokers, suppliers, and landlords
  • Stay close to automotive hubs and industrial zones across Dubai

Evaluate & Progress Deals

  • Assess businesses including:
  • Trade licenses and lease agreements
  • Equipment and workshop setup
  • Staffing and operations
  • Revenue and cost overview
  • Arrange meetings and site visits
  • Move opportunities toward  exclusive listing and acquisition agreements

Build Market Intelligence

  • Maintain pipeline of automotive businesses
  • Track market trends, locations, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in automotive, brokerage, or business development
  • Strong network in Dubai automotive sector
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
  • Field-based mindset and proactive approach
  • Fluent English (Arabic or Farsi is a plus)

Benefits
