The ideal candidate has 5+ years in F&B or hospitality sales, a strong Dubai network, excellent negotiation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic or Farsi is a plus). Benefits include AED 15,000–25,000 base, 2–5% deal commission, growth path, and visa. Persian Horizon is expanding its  Restaurants & Cafés portfolio  and hiring a  Business Acquisition Manager  to source, evaluate, and secure F&B businesses for acquisition across Dubai.

This is a  field-driven role  for someone who knows the F&B market, builds real relationships with owners, and moves opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement.

What You’ll Do

Source Off-Market Opportunities

  • Identify restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens available for sale or partnership
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, landlords, and brokers
  • Stay close to key areas such as malls, high streets, and emerging F&B hubs

Evaluate & Progress Deals

  • Assess business fundamentals including:
  • Lease terms and location potential
  • Licenses and staffing
  • Equipment and operations
  • Revenue and cost overview
  • Arrange site visits and meetings with owners
  • Move opportunities toward  exclusive listing and acquisition agreements

Build Market Intelligence

  • Maintain a pipeline of F&B opportunities across Dubai
  • Track rental trends, locations, and emerging concepts
  • Identify new opportunities early and proactively

Requirements

  • 5+ years in F&B, hospitality sales, brokerage, or restaurant operations
  • Strong network in Dubai’s restaurant and café market
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Field-based mindset and proactive approach
  • Fluent English (Arabic or Farsi is a strong advantage)

Benefits

  • Base Salary:  AED 15,000 – 25,000  (based on experience)
  • Deal Commission:  2–5% per acquisition
