This role sits  between sourcing and sales .

 You are responsible for  structuring, coordinating, and advancing acquisition opportunities , ensuring they move cleanly through evaluation, packaging, and investor presentation.

This is  not a sales or closing role .

 It is an execution-focused acquisition role.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of  qualified businesses  entering the acquisition pipeline
  • Act as the central coordinator between:
  • Business Scouts
  • Pre-Qualification Specialists
  • Analysts & Evaluation Consultants
  • Sales & Investor teams
  • Ensure all required information is:
  • Collected
  • Structured
  • Validated
  • Track each opportunity through:
  • Evaluation
  • Packaging
  • Investor readiness
  • Identify gaps, risks, or blockers and resolve them proactively
  • Prepare internal summaries and updates for acquisition leadership
  • Maintain deal discipline, timelines, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Experience in  business acquisition, investment operations, consulting, or deal coordination
  • Strong understanding of how acquisition pipelines work
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with structure and clarity
  • Confident communicator with strong follow-up discipline
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent English (Arabic, Persian, or Russian is a plus)
