Apparel Group is hiring a full-time onsite Business Analyst in the United Arab Emirates to partner with business teams on transformation initiatives, translating challenges into clear requirements and documentation that fuel standardization and scale. The role spans four areas: requirements gathering and process mapping, data and decision support with post go live insights, solution delivery and testing including UAT, and change management with training and rollout planning and strong stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with 3–5 years in business analysis or transformation in retail or related sectors, plus solid experience in analysis, documentation, testing methodologies, and cross functional collaboration. 1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering  Partner with business teams to understand challenges, opportunities, and process gaps, ensuring alignment with the transformation roadmap.  Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, workflows, and clear documentation ready for execution.  Drive documentation across processes, current-state mapping, and future-state recommendations to support standardization and scale.

2. Data & Decision Support  Conduct structured analysis, reports, and scenario assessments to inform priorities and strategic decisions.  Leverage data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support transformation objectives.  Track post-go-live performance, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven findings.

3. Solution Delivery & Testing  Collaborate closely with product, tech, and PMO teams to ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise priorities and transformation outcomes.  Validate implemented solutions through structured testing and ensure they meet business outcomes before deployment.  Manage User Acceptance Testing cycles, coordinating test plans, gathering feedback, and tracking issues until closure

4. Change Management & Adoption  Support change management activities, ensuring clear communication and readiness across business units.  Help design and deliver system training sessions, user guides, and onboarding materials to ensure smooth adoption.  Facilitate adoption planning by identifying stakeholders, defining impact, and coordinating rollouts across functions.  Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, clarity of expectations, and timely decision making.

Qualifications & Skills

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus 

 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation projects within retail, F&B, or similar industries  Strong ability to conduct structured analysis, interpret data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making

  Familiarity with business process modeling, documentation tools, and testing methodologies including UAT

  Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation 

 Experience in supporting adoption, training, and rollout planning across multiple business units 

 Understanding of transformation roadmaps and ability to work closely with product, tech, and PMO teams

  Skilled in current-state and future-state process mapping, documentation, and validation of implemented solutions

  Ability to identify gaps, propose scalable solutions, and support continuous improvement cycles  Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
