You’ll own the end-to-end requirements process, work with Product Owners, engineers and UX to turn ideas into testable user stories in Jira and Confluence, map journeys, and ensure changes fit the wider architecture while managing risk and benefits. The Digital team at easyJet holidays sits at the centre of how we build, improve and deliver our online products. As a Business Analyst, you'll work alongside Product Owners, engineers, UX designers and delivery leads to turn strategic initiatives into working products. We're hiring two Business Analysts right now, one to focus on our Book product area and one on Service, so whichever area matches your background, there's a role here for you.
You'll be responsible for owning the requirements process end-to-end in your product area, acting as the link between the business and the technical teams delivering change.
