This onsite, full-time role reports to a Business Architect Lead and partners with Finance, HR, IS and teams to design, validate and implement innovative business models and value solutions, using design thinking and frameworks. Core duties include leading design thinking workshops, developing prototypes and business cases, translating requirements for technology and policy teams, and guiding change management to maximize adoption. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 5+ years of frontline leadership, 3+ years in strategy or transformation, and strong stakeholder skills; travel 0-10%. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Business Architect reports to a Business Architect Lead and plays a key role in driving strategic transformation across the organization. In this position, they work closely with various business units (Finance & HR) to design, assess, and refine innovative business models and solutions that deliver measurable value.
This role is instrumental in leveraging design thinking principles, business modeling techniques, and established frameworks to guide the discovery, prototyping, and implementation of new Information Systems initiatives.
This position can be based in Calgary or Toronto.

Management Conductor Program
