Mölnlycke is seeking a Commercial Business Controller DACH (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf on a hybrid schedule (1–2 office days) with an initial 24 month contract and a strong likelihood of extension. You will be a key finance partner for the Operation Room Solutions area, delivering transparent insights, robust analyses and cohesive governance to drive value creation, while challenging assumptions and supporting planning, forecasting and decision making. The role requires end-to-end P&L understanding, close collaboration with pricing, operations and global finance, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights using SAP and Excel.
