TechBiz Global is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join a client’s team in Dubai on a full-time onsite basis. The role centers on identifying opportunities, following up leads, researching target clients, meeting potential IT and software buyers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle while strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets and actively pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, plus contribute to regular sales and financial reporting. Responsibilities :

-Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

-Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

-Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

-Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

-Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

-Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

-Participate on behalf of the company in networking/ meetups.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements

-You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

-2 to 5 years of IT/Technology, business development experience in an IT/ software company is highly preferred.

-You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.

-You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

-You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
