Adlook is hiring a Business Development Executive in London to drive client acquisition for the SMART DSP, working onsite full time across the UK and Europe. You will own agency and brand relationships, manage RFIs, collaborate cross functionally, and promote Adlook’s USPs as the platform scales in a fast growing, international environment. For a standout application, highlight 1 to 3 years in adtech with DSP/SSP or data solution exposure, show experience with SaaS or complex tech selling, and quantify how you contributed to account growth or retention. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, data interpretation, and negotiation skills, emphasize cross selling, and confirm English fluency and a genuine passion for Adlook’s mission.
Support client acquisition for Adlook SMART DSP;
Work on bringing new clients to our innovative platform, Adlook SMART DSP (Self or Assisted Service Platform);
Take an entrepreneurial approach to winning new business across the UK & Europe;
Act as an individual contributor, collaborating with different teams to establish and grow a new area of our business;
Own relationships with various stakeholders at agencies and brands;
Work cross-functionally to deliver against client expectations;
Promote and represent Adlook's values and USPs with clients and within the regional team;
Own and manage RFI processes to secure new business opportunities;
Implement cross selling tactics to drive our platform adoption across the region.
1–3 years of experience in adtech (experience with a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, or data provider is a plus);
Understanding of insight-driven, solution-oriented selling;
Commercial and technical curiosity with a drive to develop deep product knowledge;
Experience selling to or working with agencies is advantageous;
Comfortable with complex tech solutions; SaaS experience is a plus;
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights;
A track record of contributing to account growth or client retention;
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ambition to grow personally and contribute positively to team culture;
Developing influencing and negotiation skills with a desire to continually improve;
Fluent English is a must.
