Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Toronto-based full-time onsite Business Development Manager who will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and driving revenue with our Contract Lifecycle Management solutions such as Ironclad, Agiloft and DocuSign. You will collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, keep precise CRM records, and support complex sales cycles alongside the Managing Directors and Principal Architects. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in a sales role with cold outreach, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%; familiarity with CLM, data platforms, and cloud transformation is a plus.
