What You’ll Do
Build the Industry Network
- Develop relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, landlords, and investors
- Attend industry events, openings, and networking opportunities
- Become a trusted contact within the Dubai F&B ecosystem
Source & Screen Opportunities
- Identify acquisition and partnership opportunities before they reach the open market
- Assess business potential, concept strength, and growth opportunities
- Present qualified opportunities to leadership
Lead Negotiations & Execution
- Support negotiations and deal structuring
- Coordinate due diligence and documentation
- Work closely with acquisition and operations teams
Drive Portfolio Growth
- Identify new F&B trends and emerging concepts
- Support expansion strategies and new ventures
- Contribute to building a strong F&B portfolio
Requirements
- 5+ years in restaurant management, F&B consulting, or hospitality business development
- Strong industry network in Dubai
- Commercial mindset with negotiation and relationship skills
- Ability to evaluate opportunities and think strategically
- Fluent English (Arabic or Farsi preferred)
