Your New Role

You will build and retain our licenced park network for G'day Parks & Discovery Parks. Drive growth, deliver exceptional support, and boost sales, rewards programmes, operational improvements & strong management. Represent our brands with excellence.

  • Develop and manage licensee relationships whilst attracting new parks to the network
  • Drive Rewards Membership growth through point-of-sale initiatives
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
  • Participate in state and national industry events, G'day Parks and Discovery Parks brands
  • Provide competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends and products

Your Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Management, Marketing or Communications with proven, sales and business development experience
  • Strong-builder with senior-level negotiation skills to engage corporate stakeholders effectively
  • Strategic thinker with customer-centric analytical capabilities and solid business forecasting expertise
  • Technologically savvy self operates multiple programmes independently with time management
  • Outstanding communication intelligence and ability to interpret member needs and drive satisfaction
