United Al Saqer Group is hiring a full-time onsite Business Development Manager for joinery and fit-out in Abu Dhabi to drive growth for Royal Joinery with its dedicated workshop and emphasis on high-profile projects and in-house carpentry expertise. The role centers on spotting new opportunities, cultivating client relationships with consultants and contractors, leading sourcing and negotiations, preparing proposals and tenders, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with design, estimation and project teams to win work in line with targets. To apply effectively, highlight 4+ years UAE experience in joinery and fit-out BD, a strong local network, measurable wins, and mastery of tender processes; quantify results, showcase collaboration across functions, and mention UAE driving license if available, plus familiarity with ICAD 1 Mussafah location.

Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high-profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source subcontractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across various projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated, qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in fit-out and joinery projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and tenders, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to secure projects in line with company targets and capabilities.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Lead project sourcing, negotiations, and deal closures
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
• Monitor market trends and upcoming projects

     Location: ICAD 1 Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Requirements

Requirements:
• 4+ years of UAE experience in joinery & fit-out business development
• Strong industry network and sales track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license preferred
