Minor Hotels seeks a Business Development Manager to grow corporate, government, MICE and leisure business across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Reporting to the Area Director of Sales, the role focuses on developing new opportunities (70%) while nurturing existing accounts (30%), implementing group sales strategies, and analysing market trends. You will collaborate with Hotel Managers and the Revenue, Marketing and Commercial teams and attend industry events to boost occupancy. The ideal candidate has proven hospitality sales success, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a regional team.
