We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. Building upon a foundational year of SDR experience, the BDR will focus on advancing our pipeline through targeted account engagement, strategic account mapping, multi-threading deals, and driving improvements in our win rate. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their strategic sales skills and contribute to revenue growth with a focus on pipeline progression and account development.
How you'll shape Revenue Growth and Market Expansion:
- Manage and advance existing sales pipelines to ensure consistent deal progression.
- Conduct detailed account mapping to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Multi-thread deals by engaging multiple contacts across different departments within accounts to increase engagement and deal velocity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies for key accounts.
- Analyze and improve sales win rates by refining outreach strategies, discovery processes, and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track deal progress, account insights, and activity metrics.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices for pipeline development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Experience we feel will set you up for success:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar lead generation role.
- Proven ability to source meetings and build initial rapport with prospects.
- Strong understanding of the sales pipeline process and account mapping techniques.
- Experience with multi-threading deals and engaging multiple decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize effectively.
