About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, hungry Business Development Representative to join Unframe’s Sales team in Berlin. This is a pure hunting role, fully focused on outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach, and creative prospecting. Fluency in French is a strict requirement for this role, as you’ll be working directly with French-speaking enterprise prospects.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a direct role in building pipeline and driving Unframe’s next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do
• Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new enterprise opportunities
• Engage French-speaking prospects and tailor outreach to relevant decision-makers
• Research target accounts and personalize messaging based on industry and use case
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
• Continuously test, refine, and improve outreach strategies
• Track activity, pipeline, and results in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound sales, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Native or fluent French is mandatory
• Full professional fluency in English
• Based in Berlin and able to work closely with the local team
• Strong cold calling skills with a clear track record of booking meetings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, outbound-heavy environment
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
• Bonus: experience selling enterprise, AI, data, or technical products
