Symphony is seeking a Business Development Senior Specialist in Belfast, onsite, to grow our market presence in fintech and capital markets and expand the top-of-funnel pipeline. You will identify strategic accounts, conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and hand off to Account Executives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BDR/SDR or outbound sales in Fintech or Enterprise SaaS, a proven track record of hitting targets, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with a clear value proposition. Proficiency with CRM and sales tools is essential; capital markets knowledge or experience selling collaboration, security, or compliance solutions is a plus.
