MedHealth is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead a multidisciplinary allied health team in the Regional WA unit, a full-time onsite role in Osborne Park on a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend. You will coach and develop staff, manage team resourcing and portfolios, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and prepare and monitor the business unit budget to meet KPIs and quality targets. You’ll implement strategies to optimise return to work outcomes and conduct services assessments as needed. Essentials include an Australian recognised degree in OT, rehabilitation counselling, physiotherapy, psychology or exercise physiology, advanced knowledge of Workers Compensation, Rehabilitation and OHS legislation, strategic management and commercial acumen with proven leadership. You must have a current drivers licence, access to your own vehicle and be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
