Engelhart is looking for a Business Manager in Geneva to coordinate daily operations and drive the long term growth of Europe’s gas, power, renewables, dry bulk freight and financial trading activities. You will act as a key interface between trading desks and support functions, own governance frameworks, drive process improvements and deliver actionable insights to senior management under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years in commodities or energy trading, at least five in business management, strong European gas and power experience, fluent English, and top MS Office including Copilot and PowerPoint skills. As a Business Manager, you will help drive and coordinate the daily operations and long-term growth of Engelhart’s financial and physical commodities businesses in Europe. The products include European gas and power, renewables, dry bulk freight, and financial commodities trading. The role encompasses a broad and evolving remit with varying levels of complexity, requiring you to lead cross-functional initiatives and address complex business challenges across the organisation.
