About the Opportunity

As a Repair Business Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational success, team performance, and customer satisfaction within your centre.

Reporting to the State Area Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily repair operations and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
  • Drive productivity and performance outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within collision repair (or a similar industry)
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and operational focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
