What are your contributions to the team?
- As the Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring their timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes are streamlined and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have proven experience (5–10 years) leading system transformation and integration initiatives within complex organizations.
- You have a strong understanding of PLM, ERP, and MES systems, including their functionalities, integration capabilities, and data integration processes.
- You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for integration initiatives.
- You are highly autonomous, customer-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- You are bilingual in English and French.
