The employee is responsible for providing technical support for low-code applications and ensuring their
smooth operation.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the business team to understand the business process and creation of the workflows
- Collaborating with development teams to implement new features and resolve bugs
- Monitoring and reporting on application performance and usage.
- Providing technical support to users of the application
- Providing training and support to users on the application's features and functionality
- Maintaining and updating application documentation
Requirements
- Understanding of software development life cycles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work efficiently & effectively even under pressure with short notice job orders and immediate deadlines independently or in a team environment
- Candidate with Parents sponsored visa is mandatory.
