Persian Horizon is building a dedicated Business Brokerage Unit and is hiring a Business Sourcing Executive to identify and source ready-to-sell businesses in Dubai, the UAE, and selected international markets. This is not a sales role; it focuses on research, outreach and sourcing to feed qualified opportunities to the Pre-Qualification Team. The ideal candidate is a meticulous researcher with strong sourcing and communication skills who can initiate first contact with owners or brokers and collect and verify basics such as asking price, revenue, profit, reason for sale, location and ownership status. A driving license and car are required; English fluency is essential with Arabic, Russian or Turkish a strong plus. UAE familiarity preferred. Base AED 4-000-6-000 plus a performance bonus; monthly income typically 7,000-10,000+ based on output. Emphasize a clear sourcing process and concrete examples of verified deals.

Your mission is simple and serious: find businesses that are genuinely available for sale and collect accurate first-level data.
Conduct daily research to identify businesses for sale using:
Online platforms and marketplaces
Broker listings
Direct outreach
Industry and local business networks
Initiate first contact with business owners or brokers
Collect and verify initial deal information, including:
Asking price
Monthly revenue and profit
Reason for sale
Business location and sector
Legal and ownership status (high-level)
Assess whether the opportunity meets basic sourcing criteria
Submit qualified opportunities to the Pre-Qualification Team
Maintain accurate records of sourced businesses and contact outcomes
Strong research, sourcing, and communication skills
Ability to speak confidently with business owners and intermediaries
Familiarity with the UAE business environment is preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is a strong advantage)
Organized, consistent, and results-oriented
Comfortable working with daily outreach and follow-ups
Not a sales or closing role
Not a brokerage or negotiation position
No commission pressure to sell
Base Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000
Performance Bonus:
AED 200 – 400 per qualified business approved
Average Monthly Income: AED 7,000 – 10,000+ based on sourcing output
