Hamilton City Council is seeking a fixed term, full‑time Business Support Officer to back the Planning Guidance administration team in the Strategy, Growth and Planning Group. You’ll assist with resource consent processing within legislative timeframes, pre‑process publicly notified applications, manage LIMs and invoicing, respond to LGOIMA requests, and support audits while delivering a professional, customer‑focused service. The ideal candidate has at least two years’ similar admin experience, strong MS Office and database skills, good problem solving, and a collaborative, deadline‑driven approach in a public sector setting. Salary circa $65K, onsite Hamilton, until 16 July 2027.
