SearchLabs is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a full-time hybrid role in Markham (3 days in office). You will provide functional and technical support for new and existing applications, document processes and requirements, prepare UAT, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of technical BA experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with solid change management and BA/PM methodology know-how, plus a continuous improvement mindset. This hybrid (3 days in-office) role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for new and existing applications: documenting processes and requirements, preparing UAT, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have 3 - 7 years of technical Business Analysis experience, be motivated to learn new technologies, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, they should have a clear understanding of change management processes, sound knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology, and a willingness to initiate continuous improvement initiatives. The salary band for this role is $850,000 - $95,000. Our client works on a hybrid work model. Art ificial intelligence (AI) is not used to screen, assess, or make hiring decisions for this role.
