Business Systems Analyst - Internal Logistics

Bombardier is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Internal Logistics, a full‑time on‑site role in Québec with flexible and hybrid work options. You will analyze logistics needs, drive process improvements, ensure ERP data quality and parameter integrity, define and track performance indicators, and collaborate on cross‑functional material flow projects while assisting users and supporting new tools in the manufacturing system. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in operations or project management, has SAP ERP and Excel proficiency, and is fluent in French and English; programming knowledge is a plus and strong communication is essential. Not every skill is required; focus on relevant wins and potential.

What are your contributions to the team?
• Analyze the needs of the Logistics teams and propose solutions and process improvements.
• Analyze the quality of data in the ERP and maintain the integrity of the parameters.
• Define and maintain performance indicators based on the quality of information in our ERP system and our internal processes
• Develop and participate in logistics and material flow projects in collaboration with the various functions of the company (Logistic, supply, methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality)
• Support new tools implantation in our Bombardier manufacturing system.
• Support users in the application of processes.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor's degree in operations management or project management
- You have a good knowledge of SAP ERP and office suite (Excel).
- You speak and write in French and English.
- You have knowledge of programming and coding will be a considerable asset.
- You are a good communicator.
- You have a good judgment and are a good team player in a multidisciplinary team.
