You will lead financial reporting for assigned units, partner on budgeting and long range planning, support business case development with market and profitability analysis, and drive process improvements and automation. Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years of finance experience, strong executive communication, IFRS expertise, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Tableau; Life Science experience and MS/CPA/MBA/CFA are a plus. The BioReliance Contract Testing Services (CTS) Business Unit Sr Financial Analyst serves as a strategic financial advisor and trusted partner to the CTS business units. This role bridges corporate finance with operational business teams, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. The Business Unit Controller provides financial leadership, analytical insights, and guidance to support business objectives while maintaining adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls.

Pay Range for this position: $107,000- $160,400. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
