Apparel Group is hiring a full-time onsite Butler in Dubai to deliver hospitality and executive support to the Chairwoman and VIP guests. The role covers five-star service, meeting room setup and presentation readiness, beverage service, anticipating preferences, and coordination with reception, security, drivers, and catering. Role Purpose
The Butler is responsible for delivering world-class hospitality and personalized executive support to the Chairwoman, VIP guests, and senior executives. The role ensures seamless day-to-day hospitality operations within the Chairwoman's Office while maintaining impeccable service standards, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Hospitality
VIP Guest Experience
- Welcome and escort VIP guests with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate arrival protocols for dignitaries, business partners, and international visitors.
- Liaise with reception, security, drivers, and executive assistants to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Arrange hospitality requirements for board meetings, executive events, and private functions.
Office & Executive Support
- Maintain the Chairwoman's pantry, dining area, and hospitality inventory.
- Coordinate with catering vendors for executive lunches and special events.
- Monitor and replenish premium pantry supplies, beverages, and hospitality amenities.
- Ensure executive office areas remain immaculate and organized throughout the day.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with Facilities, Administration, Housekeeping, Security, and Drivers regarding office readiness.
- Support travel-related hospitality arrangements when required.
- Assist during corporate events hosted by the Chairwoman's Office.
- Handle confidential requests efficiently and professionally.
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory of pantry supplies, tableware, cutlery, linens, and hospitality equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests.
- Ensure premium presentation standards for all hospitality items.
Service Excellence
- Maintain exceptional grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent etiquette, protocol, and cultural sensitivity.
- Anticipate needs without requiring instructions.
- Uphold complete confidentiality regarding all executive matters.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Butler Certification or Luxury Hospitality certification is an advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years' experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, VIP Butler, or in luxury hospitality.
- Experience supporting CEOs, Chairpersons, Royal Families, UHNWIs, or C-suite executives preferred.
- Background in 5-star hotels, luxury residences, executive lounges, or private offices is highly desirable.
