What you’ll do:
As a Cabin Baggage Officer, you’re the friendly face at the gate, helping keep our flights fair, safe and running on time. From chatting with passengers to weighing and tagging cabin bags, you’ll handle every interaction with confidence, care and a touch of Jetstar personality. You’ll work closely with your airport crew to keep things moving, manage payments where needed, and handle those trickier moments (like excess baggage) with professionalism and ease. All while, following safety standards, and keeping the experience positive for everyone heading off on their journey.
As a Customer Service Officer, you’re there from the very start of the journey - welcoming customers at check-in, helping them breeze through kiosks, and supporting them right through to boarding. Whether you’re processing bookings, assisting with disrupted flights, or reuniting someone with their bag, you know how to stay calm, helpful and solution focused. You’ll also lend a hand to passengers who need extra support, work closely with teams across the airport, and keep information flowing so every flight leaves smoothly. You’re quick on your feet, great with people, and take pride in turning travel moments, big or small, into positive experiences. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you like it!
