Our Elevate Early Careers Program is open year-round for high-performing Cadets (Undergraduates) and Graduates in Construction Management. If you’re curious, driven and ready to contribute on live projects from day one, this program is built for you.

You’ll be embedded within a project team delivering new build and fit out projects, gaining hands-on exposure across every phase of delivery while developing technical and interpersonal capability.

About the Program

Elevate is a capability-based, structured development journey designed to build well-rounded construction professionals. You’ll gain exposure across multiple projects and disciplines, ensuring depth of learning and breadth of experience.

Working alongside your dedicated Project Manager and supported by your onsite team and People & Culture, you’ll develop capability across HSEQ, Contract Administration, Project Coordination, Site Supervision, Estimating, Design, Planning & Presenting.

Your development doesn’t end when the program does – progression at Kapitol is driven by capability, not tenure.

What you will do:

• Contribute to live projects alongside experienced construction professionals
• Support delivery in line with programme and contractual obligations
• Assist with variations, compliance documentation, warranties and defects
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues
• Coordinate approvals and stakeholder communications
• Engage with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Maintain high standards across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

What you will bring:

• Genuine passion for construction and project delivery
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar)
• Curiosity to continually learn and apply in practical scenarios on the job
• Personable and collaborative style with a focus on teamwork
• Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Initiative and solutions focused mindset
