Buffalo Wild Wings in Canada is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations in Peterborough. This full time onsite role focuses on inspiring teams to drive sales, delivering brand and operational excellence, and mentoring staff while tracking financial metrics and supporting the Regional Manager with campus relationships. You will embody Follett values, manage talent end to end, foster a solutions based customer service culture, and coordinate campus events, displays and partnerships while ensuring safety and policy compliance. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience, strong analytical and financial skills, and minimal travel.
