Rest seeks a Capability & Growth Consultant for a 12 month fixed term contract in Melbourne onsite to advance leadership development, workforce planning and talent management. You will deliver projects, provide data driven insights, and partner with senior leaders to build capability. A degree in HR, Business or Organisational Psychology and proven experience in capability and talent initiatives, data analysis and cross functional collaboration are required; Organisational Psychology credentials and AI experience are a bonus. You’ll help deliver projects, provide insights through data and analysis, and work closely with leaders to build capability across the fund.
