Capital Projects Senior Project Manager in UC’s Planning, Design & Construction leads complex capital programs over $4 million, spanning academic, athletic, medical and auxiliary work, onsite in Cincinnati. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, civil engineering, architecture or related field and at least seven years of related experience are required. You will hire and oversee A/E firms, develop milestone driven workplans, ensure compliance with the Planning+Design+Construction Project Manager’s Manual and OFCC guidelines, mentor junior staff, and may supervise other project staff while managing budgets, bids and contracting. Advanced project management oversight of the design and construction of major capital projects (typically over $4 million in total project cost) across all aspects of the university including educational, athletic, medical, and auxiliary (housing, dining and related) work.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Seven (7) years of related experience.

Salary/Hourly Pay Rate Information: $83,000 - $119,000 based on candidate experience
