Your Role

  • Provide 2nd level support by processing tickets of all cards related issues and process Card Returns.
  • Help achieve the team’s OKRs.
  • Manage yourself and prioritize your tasks effectively.

  • Currently a university student of a relevant discipline Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science etc.
  • SQL familiarity preferred
  • Familiarity with G suite and MS office.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Reliable, motivated and curios to learn more.
