An overnight Complex Care Assistant role with Advantage Healthcare, part of City & County Healthcare Group, serving the Chichester and Bognor Regis area. This full‑time onsite position offers Weekday Nights (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and Weekend Days at £15.75 per hour. You will provide patient, compassionate, person‑centred overnight care to a lady with complex needs in her family home, including personal care, food preparation, medication administration and support with social activities and appointments. While prior complex care experience is helpful, kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn are essential; desirable skills include PEG feeding, CPAP ventilation, catheter and bowel care, moving and handling and managing challenging behaviour.
