Greensleeves Care is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant at Lavender Fields in Sevenoaks, part of a respected national care charity delivering 24 hour residential, dementia and nursing care. The role includes supporting residents overnight with mobility, personal care, dressing and hygiene while upholding rights to independence, privacy and dignity, and helping with night routines. Ideal applicants understand residents’ needs, respect confidentiality and have or are working towards a QCF level 2 in care; prior elder care experience is desirable. Lavender Fields is a modern care home in the leafy area of Seal village of Sevenoaks. The home delivers award-winning residential care and dementia care in a purpose-built space designed with residents’ needs in mind.
